Four Calgary museums are always free. Three others have specific free days. Tourism Calgary doesn’t collate this; we do.

Esker Foundation

FREE

Always free. Closed Mondays. Contemporary art on the top floor of the Atlantic Avenue Art Block, Inglewood.

Nickle Galleries

FREE

Always free. Strong textile + Asian art holdings + the Numismatic Collection, on the U of C campus. Hours follow the university semester.

Calgary Police Interpretive Centre

FREE

Donation suggested. Family-friendly, hours weekdays only.

cSPACE King Edward

FREE

Free to walk through the corridors and rotating public exhibitions. Studio visits and individual gallery events may have separate tickets.

Free on specific days

Studio Bell — National Music Centre

Free on National Indigenous Peoples Day (June 21). Senior discount Wednesdays. Check studiobell.ca for current schedule.

Lougheed House

Gardens are free year-round. House admission required for interior tours. Free admission days announced ad-hoc; check lougheedhouse.com.

Heritage Park Historical Village

Canada Day free admission. Members free always. Season pass is the best deal if you visit 3+ times.
